Reflection
This blog has showed me a lot about the Decatur High School freshmen. Most of these students feel like their birth order in their family. It show that Im not the only person who feels this way about their birth order. To me this was a hard question to go off of. I couldve made the question deeper then what it was. If I did that I wouldve got more information out of this blog. This blog has show me how my mind se lets me se things and how other people feel about birth order. Thanks for reading my blog. Maybe you can write something like this for your blog next year.
Recommendations etc...
If I could redo this blog, I would have better questions, like does your birth order affect how much time you spend with your family. They would have more meaning to them. The question I used could have had more to it. If I had put more thought into my question, there would have been more effective. But this blog opened my eyes. I didnt know so many students felt this way about birth order.

I realized...
From my survey, I realized it doesnt matter what your birth order is. It really depends how much attention your parents gives you. Most of of the people that said yes to my suvery question may not spend that much time with their parents. The people that said sometimes to my survey question may have family time. The students that said no to my survey question may be the youngest or my have siblings that are in college or grown with their own families.
But from my article, I realized your birth order can affect how you see things in life. If you are the oldest child, you will see things clearly and are very helpful with their younger siblings. But if you are the middle child you feel like you have to get attention because you dont get it from your parents and have to be a show off to get your point across. The youngest sibling on the other hand, is more to them self and is low key.

Summary of The Power of Birth Order
"The Power of Birth Order" explains how the birth order effects your life. It has studies showing how an older siblings success can effect their younger sibling. The article argued Teddy Roosevelt had a younger brother, named Elliot, who did things that made his family mad. Through out this article the author explains that the younger siblings act out and try to get out of their older siblings shadow. When the siblings play the same sport or do the same thing, the older and younger siblings are compared.

What is she talking about??
Do you have any siblings? Are you the oldest, youngest or are you the middle child? Do you feel that your place is hard or easy? Many people deal with this kind of stuff everyday. I have two sisters and I feel my voice is not heard most of the time. I think every sibling has that feeling. This is why I am writing this blog. I want to share my feelings on this topic and hear your comments. I want to learn how your place in your family changes how you see things.
